So Jordan and I finally did it- we made our first real, big, married, grown-up purchase- a car!! For literally a year we have been looking for a car, trying to find the perfect fit. On a whim we went down to the Volvo dealership and stumbled upon this beauty. It was just what we were looking for. We have to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Mama Fritzsche and Joi for driving us to and from school/work for so long. They were truly saints for taking us so many places when we just had the one car. We love you guys so much!! Thank you for helping us out for so long, now it's our turn to give you guys a ride :)

Happy Halloween
Hello World! Hope you're having a great Halloween Eve! Jordan and I were just sitting around and decided to start our blog, so here it goes- our first post. So Halloween is a special holiday for the two of us. Two years ago on Halloween we got engaged! The best part was that my ring was inside of a giant pumpkin. Jordan had sneakily cut a hole into the bottom of the pumpkin and placed my ring inside. So when I went to carve the top off inside was my RING!!!
Aren't we so cute? I was wearing pajamas when we actually got engaged, so I made Jordan take me home to change before I let him take too many pictures. Hence the different outfits.
So every year the tradition of getting a present inside of a pumpkin has continued- pretty awesome!! So this year I've been pretty sick the whole week, but Jordan still surprised me with a pumpkin surprise- nasal spray!! Just kidding, it was way better than that. Here are some pictures of all the excitement...
I wasn't making very good progress, so I recruited Jordan for some extra help.

Jordan, being the wonderful husband that he is, surprised me with two scarves- just in time for the cool Provo weather!
